                    <h5>1986-89</h5>
                    <p>By training at the Kasturba Hospital, Manipal, I received extensive experience both in basic
                        and advanced Urology techniques, especially endoscopic Urology and Neuro-Urology. Lacking a
                        Nephrology unit however, my exposure to co-existent CRF and renal transplant work was very
                        minimal</p>
                    <h5>1989</h5>
                    <p>Appointed Consultant Urologist at Bangalore Kidney Foundation, a voluntary Organization
                        providing assistance to needy kidney patients. Here I participated in and gained
                        considerable experience in renal failure work as well as in renal transplants</p>
                    <h5>1990</h5>
                    <p>Have been part of a transplant team since 1990, and to date have assisted and performed over
                        500 transplants, involving both donor and recipient surgeries Appointed as a Consultant
                        Urologist in 1990 at the Manipal Hospital, Bangalore, an advanced-care tertiary medical
                        facility occupied this position till 1997 July</p>

                    <p>Started retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Urological surgery in Karnataka for the first time, and
                        have since performed upper urinary tract surgeries including nephrectomy</p>
